Plastic dispenser, ie, plastic tote, is a very applicable package for aloft work, like municipal engineering facilities, road and sign projects, telecom, electrical power projects, etc.. This package is durable and recyclable. The users can reuse the plastic dispenser by moving Mowco band from cardboard box into the plastic tote. It helps save cost.
